Location expansion –

high tech but sustainableThe topic of sustainability also plays a key role in our site expansion in Hörlkofen: the new parking garage with a photovoltaic roof and a capacity of 580 parking spaces, including 20 e-charging spaces, is ready. Once fully completed, there will even be 60 e-charging spaces.
Rainwater, for example, is treated by the site itself, collected in the rainwater retention basin from all roof areas and even the 100-year rainfall is taken into account to prevent flooding. If the water level rises, water is diverted to the generously proportioned biotope next to the GEWO site to ensure a controlled discharge into the nearby natural environment.
In addition to the green façades, all roofs are extensively greened and equipped with photovoltaic systems. This allows us to generate electricity and cover our peak consumption ourselves.
We have our own combined heat and power plant, a waste water treatment plant and focus on energy conversion and heat recovery.
We think about tomorrow and the next generation. Because the future concerns us all.
