Together with our customers, we develop individual solutions and high-end products with special production processes and a unique vertical range of manufacture.
For us, the interplay of human and technical performance is decisive for the quality of the product. From simple parts to highly complex assemblies, all of our production items undergo defined incoming, intermediate and outgoing inspections that are individually adapted to customer requirements.
Measurement/measuring capacity
We use our measuring capacity with over 40 coordinate-controlled measuring machines to ensure quality. If necessary, we measure at 100%.
Cleanroom
In our ISO5 classified clean room*, we measure by analyzing residual gas in an ultra-high vacuum with a mass spectrometer and offer our customers the possibility of ultra-fine cleaning and particulate analysis, which is essential in the semiconductor industry, for example.
