Wire eroding

Our many years of experience in wire erosion make us the perfect partner. We have continuously expanded our expertise in order to meet the requirements and wishes of our customers.

We have state-of-the-art machines at our disposal for wire erosion. The majority of our machinery is fully automated.

A particular highlight and thus a milestone in full automation is our eroding island, in which a robot operates several wire eroding machines.

100% measurement / quality

Measurement is a significant quality factor for us. Thanks to automation, we create a very long unmanned production process. This is checked by continuous quality control using integrated CNC measuring machines and storage of the measurement data in our CAQ system. This enables us to achieve 100% measurement during production.

We machine threads and contours in individual or series processes. By manufacturing the electrodes internally, we achieve a very high degree of precision in the µ range.
