We manufacture both simple and highly complex workpieces from all common, exotic or special materials on state-of-the-art, high-performance CNC-controlled turning and milling centers. We are also happy to take on the challenge of working with unfamiliar materials – challenge us!

Whether just a few mm in size or several meters, from prototype to series part, we cover a very high vertical range of manufacture.

We offer series production at the highest level. Machines with bar loaders, robots and other automation solutions enable economical series production at our site.

Milling

Component sizes: Travel range of largest milling machine up to 3000x3000x1100mm

Turning

Component sizes: Turned parts up to 700mm diameter
Small parts turning: we can turn out min. Ø 0.3mm

HSC milling

On our HSC milling machines, we produce the smallest components with µm precision using special tools and high speeds of up to 42,000 rpm.

Lapping

With our lapping processes, very high levels of evenness can be achieved with almost any material. This provides an optimum basis for all subsequent work steps.

Surface grinding

Up to a size of 800×400 with tolerances of +/-0.001 possible.

Surface finishing

Depending on the material, we offer the service of providing the production parts with various surface finishes (electroplating and annealing processes) according to your wishes.
