Absolute traceability
It is essential for our customers to be able to track components from the raw material to the final assembly. Labeling gives each component a unique serial number. This means we know in detail when which component was manufactured from which batch of material and on which machine and can assign the measurement results in quality assurance exactly to the component.
In addition to plain text, our systems can also laser data matrix codes. These automate traceability and evaluation both in our company and at the customer's, as scanners recognize and assign the components.
We also offer optical part recognition and Dynamic Focus Control.
