In our component cleaning, we cover a spectrum of cleanliness from the “simple” removal of oils, chips and grease to cleaning processes with the highest requirements for the high-tech sector.

For example, we clean components for the ultra-high vacuum range, electron microscopy, EUV lithography or according to individual and demanding special requirements.

We achieve the highest level of cleanliness both directly for our customers and as a preparatory step for our assembly departments by using our wet and dry cleaning systems and, if required, also through ultra-fine cleaning in our ISO class 5, 6 and 7 cleanrooms.

Our residual gas analysis systems (RGA) are available as a quality assurance step for complex requirements.
