In the district of Erding there are only five of 84 companies, who organize themselves in precision mechanics Guild of Munich, Upper Bavaria. Georg Woitzik is pleased of the 68 trainees in the district of Erding. Currently, all education agencies are occupied and there is no decrease in the number of apprentices recorded. Mr. Woitzik means that the order situation is constant since 2009, but unfortunately GEWO has a slight decline. In generel the craft must prepare a demographic decline in the next few years. The guild wants to counteract the professional shortage with integrating and training foreign workers. Mr. Georg Woitzik would be pleased if more companies were interested in joining to the guild. This would be helpful to realize common interests. Regular member events provide a large Exchange of information.
