The Bavarian State Ministry for economic, media, energie and technology honored the 50 fastest-growing medium-sized companies on 2014-07-29.
This prize goes to companies, which had more workers and a bigger  turnover  in the last years.

The company GEWO Feinmechanik GmbH also belongs to  the 50 fastest-growing companies of the Bavarian companies in the year  2014.
GEWO was founded of Georg and Marianne Wotzik in the year 1981.
Georg and Marianne are  managing the company together with their sons Andreas and Stefan Woitzik.
The award ceremony was a very festive evening in the Imperial Hall oft he Residenz in Munich.
Mrs Ilse Aigner and prof. dr. Thomas Edenhofer gave the prize to Marianne and Georg Woitzik.

In Addition GEWO got one of the two Spezial prizes awarded for education-intensive companies.
Our trainee Philipp Braun was at the event too and he represented our students very good.
Mr. and Mrs. Woitzik were very pleased about the two awards.

Education is very important for GEWO
GEWO offers a very good education with many practical exercises to get versatile-skilled workers.
Since the foundation of GEWO Feinmechanik GmbH 110 students completed their taineeship successfully.
Among These were school best, guild winner, chamber winner and state winners.
Most oft the students would be taken over seamlessly.
Currently our company trains in five different professions.
To get one of this jobs, it would be very helpfull to make an internship at GEWO Feinmechanik GmbH.
